Prices on this website are estimates

All prices, price ranges, and calculator results shown anywhere on this website – including the cost guide, service pages, and the online estimator – are estimates only. They describe typical Ottawa projects and are provided for guidance; they are not offers, and they are not final pricing. The only price that binds either of us is the one in your written quote, prepared after we have seen the property.

Quotes and pricing

Written quotes are free and describe the scope, materials, and price of the work. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work outside the quoted scope is priced and approved in writing before it proceeds.

Scheduling and weather

Landscaping is weather-dependent. Start dates are scheduled in good faith and may shift with conditions; we communicate changes as early as we can. Seasonal services (such as snow clearing) are governed by the response terms in their seasonal agreement.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on each quote. Larger projects are typically staged – deposit, progress, and completion payments tied to milestones. Invoices are due as stated on their face.

Workmanship guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship in writing. Plants and living materials are guaranteed as described in your quote, provided the care plan we leave (especially watering) is followed. The guarantee covers our workmanship; it does not cover damage from weather events, third parties, or neglect.

Property and access

You confirm you own or are authorized to alter the property. We locate marked utilities before digging; private unmarked lines (such as irrigation or lighting installed without records) must be disclosed before work begins.

Liability

We carry full insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the work performed under the applicable quote, to the extent permitted by law.
