Urban lots reward editing. One multi-stem serviceberry outperforms five shrubs; a properly scaled walkway beats a grand one squeezed in; a cedar screen in the right ten feet buys more privacy than a fence upgrade. We design by subtraction – fewer, better elements, maintained precisely.
Small yards need less time but more care per square metre – precision trimming, edging, feeding, and seasonal resets that keep a high-visibility property immaculate. Our urban maintenance routes are built for exactly that standard.
